You'll be staying in someone's home 🏡 so please treat it with care and respect. Smoking 🚭is not allowed indoors! Kindly, use the front porch or outdoor patio to smoke and close the doors behind you. A smoke remediation charge of $400 will be charged if there is smoke smell in the house. No parties/🎉 We take this seriously. Violating this rule is subject to immediate termination of the rental without a refund. (Meaning immediate removal of property). 🚔 Respect the neighborhood. No loud music at any time, no gathering outside the house, no parking cars in front of neighbors property or any other activity that may disturb the neighbors is not allowed. Pet Rules: 🐶🐱 associated pet fee. -Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. -Small Breed and Non Shedding Dogs Only Allowed - Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds/bedrooms. - Must pick up all waste💩 and dispose in garbage. ***Hot tub Disclosure: It is our goal to make sure hot tub is available during each stay but outside factors out of our control can affect availability (previous guest misuse, maintenance, weather etc.) We ask that you do not solely book our property based on this amenity but see it as an added bonus for your stay if available for use. Hot Tub will be available during winter season upon request. We require a 48 hour notice and 40$ fee to ensure heating. If any issues with hot tub arise during stay 40$ fee will be returned.

Full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. This home features a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and a tub + shower in the shared hallway bathroom. There is an outdoor patio equipped with hot tub, bbq grill, fire pit and outdoor seating. ***Hot tub Disclosure: It is our goal to make sure hot tub is available during each stay but outside factors out of our control can affect availability (previous guest misuse, maintenance, weather etc.) We ask that you do not solely book our property based on this amenity but see it as an added bonus for your stay*** We do not supply wood 🪵 for fire pit (inflation is real) you can find wood at any surrounding grocery store/home improvement store 😊 Pets are allowed but MUST be pre-approved before bringing to the property.
